Eabametoong First Nation man charged will killing 3 Winnipeg men says he’s mentally ill

The man charged with killing three vulnerable people in Winnipeg earlier this year is speaking for the first time.

John Paul Ostamas is charged with two counts of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder.

One of the victims was killed next to APTN’s building.
