Doctors get education in Indigenous culture

It’s common knowledge that there is a shortage of doctors across this country.

And that shortage is more acute the farther north you go.

In Ottawa Wednesday, future physicians were being immersed in First Nation, Metis and Inuit culture.

It’s all part of a new era for medical students at the University of Ottawa.
