Deal on Kapyong Barracks inches forward as opposition surfaces

The Treaty 1 First Nations in Manitoba could be closer to a deal on a massive chunk of land.

With a new federal government in place and legal challenges dropped, there is renewed optimism a deal is near.

As APTN’s Dennis Ward reports, those who live nearby the proposed urban reserve still have some apprehension.
