City of Montréal to spend millions demolishing shelter used by Inuit homeless.

A subway stop in Montréal that is also used as a shelter by homeless people is about to be torn down.

The city is spending millions of dollars to revamp the entrance to make it less likely that people will want to take shelter from the elements there.

Some say that the money could be better spent on programs.
