Candidates debate the future of old Winnipeg military base

It’s one of the most affluent federal ridings in Manitoba.

And while Winnipeg-South Centre has no Indigenous candidates in this election, it is home to a former military base on 25 hectares of prime land that could one day make up one of the country’s largest urban reserves.

APTN’s Dennis Ward reports on one of the big election issues in the riding.
