Calls for an investigation after babies switched at birth in Norway House

It was shocking when it happened the first time.

Now there’s another case of babies being switched at birth in northern Manitoba.

This time it’s in Norway House, while last November two men also discovered through DNA tests they were switched at birth at the same hospital.
