Indigenous peoples in British Columbia can be forgiven if they’re feeling a sense of deja vu.
That’s because BC held its own missing and murdered women’s inquiry in 2011.
It was an effort to answer some of the same questions now being asked by the national inquiry.
The BC inquiry turned into a fiasco, and in Vancouver, some are fearing the same mistakes might happen again.
