British Columbia reacts to Anaya report

Monday UN rapporteur James Anaya issued a report urging the federal government to improve relations with Indigenous peoples across Canada.

UN rapporteur James Anaya issued a report Monday urging the federal government to improve relations with Indigenous peoples across Canada.

Anaya said that that relationship has deteriorated in the past few decades.

Now reaction is pouring in from across the country.

In British Columbia, chiefs are imploring Prime Minister Stephen Harper to listen.
