Brian Sinclair recommendations still years away from being implemented

Manitoba’s health minister says all 63 recommendations from the Brian Sinclair inquest will be implemented.

It’s been more than six years since the 45-year-old, double amputee died while waiting for care in a hospital emergency room.

APTN’s Dennis Ward reports some of the recommendations are still years away from being implemented.
