Late last week, a 13-year-old allegedly shot and killed a 10-year-old in a Samson Cree Nation home in Alberta.
The suspect has been charged with manslaughter.
He cannot be identified under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
A vigil for the young victim was held Sunday in Maskwacis.
