B.C. says help on the way for people in the Downtown east side but so far that hasn’t happened

In Vancouver officials have two states of emergency to deal with – one for the COVID-19 pandemic, the other is with the ongoing opioid crisis.

The city has promised help for those less fortunate but some are saying no help has arrived.
