Are testing delays masking a COVID-19 problem in Nunavut?

Nunavut continues to be the only jurisdiction in Canada that has zero positive cases of COVID-19.

But testing results are slow to come in.

Is Nunavut beating the virus or are testing delays just making it look at that way?
