Archeologists dig into the dietary evolution of First Nations in Quebec

Since 2010, archeologists have been digging into the historic heart of Odanak, Que.

It’s an Abenaki village 120 kilometers south east of Montreal.

Archeologists have found artifacts proving that the site has been occupied as far as back as 1571.

And as Danielle Rochette reports, they are still at work this summer and looking for answers to a specific question.
