APTN exclusive: Cousin of Myrna Letandre remembers happier times

APTN National News
A cousin of Myrna Letandre describes a woman despite small in stature was a leader in many ways.

Patty Sinclair said Friday she considered Letandre a sister and news that her body was found this week in Winnipeg hit her hard.

She was found inside 97 Lorne Ave. in the Point Douglas area as reported by APTN earlier Friday.

Letandre was 36-years-old when she went missing Oct. 5, 2006.

Police had been at the home for several days and it’s believed Letandre was found in the basement beneath the concrete.

Neighbours reported hearing jack-hammering coming from within the house.

APTN’s Kathleen Martens sits down with Sinclair and here is an excerpt of that interview.
