A decision has finally been reached in a motion to grant APTN National News camera access to a human rights complaint hearing.

The First Nation Child and Family Caring Society of Canada filed a motion saying the rights of First Nations children in care were not being met as a result of underfunding.

APTN National News’ cameras were initially denied access, but a new ruling has given a green light to recording the hearing.
