All talk and no money, Mi’kmaq out east say bureaucracy hasn’t caught up with Trudeau’s Sunny ways

Money is slow to come down east as Mi’kmaq communities try to get projects up and running.

The Liberals are nearly a year into their mandate and some Indigenous people are growing restless.

The Liberal budget promised billions in spending on housing, education and water.

But according to some Mi’kmaq communities, that money is slow in coming.

And some blame the bureaucracy.
