Alberta teams up with Indigenous female leaders to deal with violence

The province of Alberta is working with a team of mostly Indigenous female leaders to find a way to reduce violence against Indigenous women and girls.

According to Statistics Canada, Alberta has the highest homicide rate involving Indigenous women in the country.
