Alberta eyes tar sands boom

One of the world’s largest oil companies says they are running out of oil.

In its annual financial report, energy giant Exxon Mobil says that for every 100 barrels of oil it has in reserves, it can only replace 95.

The Alberta government sees that as its ace in the hole.
