$24M and counting: How much will Nunavut spend to bail out airline industry


Nunavut’s government has spent half of their unplanned spending for COVID-19 on supporting the territory’s airline industry, $24 million and counting.

Eventually, the government will have to make their case to Members of the Legislative Assembly. But there’s a problem – those MLAs may be working without some key numbers due to non-disclosure agreements between the government and the airlines.
