Water buckets, slop pails “not acceptable”: Island Lakes Tribal Council

Four chiefs from the Island Lakes Tribal Council say that INAC is not “expess[ing] commitment” to improve the condition of water on First Nations, describing relief efforts so far as a “failure”.
