Long Plain chief says fixing tornado damage will cost millions, some might have to wait months to return

Hundreds of people have now returned to their homes, but more than 100 others might have to stay in hotels for weeks to come.

The chief of a Manitoba First Nation says the damage to his community caused by a tornado will run into the millions of dollars.

Hundreds of people have returned to their homes in Long Plain.

But some could be living in hotels for months to come.
