Insite argued in the Supreme Court

Insite is at issue in the Supreme Court of Canada. It’s the country’s only safe injection site, it’s been running since 2003, and it owes its existence to an exemption in the Health Act. Lawyers are telling the Supreme Court to shut Insite’s doors; the people Insite has saved say they should stay open.
