A coroner’s jury examining the deaths of seven First Nations students in Thunder Bay gave their recommendations this week.

The students were all from remote communities, and only in the city to go to school.

The jury heard from over 100 witnesses, and gave more than 100 recommendations.

But some people who testified at the inquest think the biggest issue might have been overlooked.
