Chiefs in Manitoba hire child advocate to oversee province’s First Nation kids

The Assembly of Manitoba chiefs are vying to take the province’s into its own hands.

This comes on the heels of a brutal attack on a 15 year old girl two months ago.

Both the girl, and her alleged attacker, had been living in a Winnipeg hotel where they were placed by the province.
