Early 2017, I was contacted and interviewed over the phone by one of their lawyers assigned to collect information this was over a course of several weeks. I was told that the National Inquiry for MMIWG would be in touch with dates times and a place. To this date, I have never heard from anyone. It would have been appreciated if I could have received an explanation as to why our story was overlooked.
